“Only had the watch about 3 weeks battery life us ok down to 50% about 5 days then the next 50% lasts about 12 hours. They do not except returns unless it is unused and batterys are not covered under warranty Would not buy durect from Sekonda again.”
“Disappointed. The watch looks fine and seems to work well BUT the app recommended on the web site and by the instructions doesn't work. The alternative doesn't support the same features (particularly uploading photos to the watch). The support team are USELESS. In response to my questions they misrepresented one of my concerns and didn't answer the other question. I’ve replied to them but they haven’t got back to me.”
“I have Ordered two times, both time got damage box, and recent purchase was worst experience as they have sent wrong damage box, it was a gift for my friend who live it abroad. I am so disappoint about their service. I may think twice for further purchase from SEKONDA”
“Watch received very badly packed strap not attached only one pin to connect the strap which would not work needs better packing Apart from that the watch is lovely snd we re ordered replacement was fine but annoyed had to pay next day delivery but was needed as a present”
“Watch is nothing special considering the price. Unable to answer calls or even reply to msgs. Charger very finicky to fit and charge. Oh and the free strap doesn't even fit this watch. Very poor show Sekonda.”
“Delivery was quick. Product is cheap and it shows. Wore my new strap once and the clasp broke, have since fixed it but this isn’t the standard of quality companies should be striving for”
“Received the Sekonda watch in the post, ordered online at the end of November. However, and this is my gripe, the watch was running, the hands were moving. Worse still, the time was one hour ahead which indicates that the time had been set during British Summer Time and the watch had been running ever since. So a warning, don’t order a Sekonda watch online from Sekonda U.K. unless you want to receive one with a partially depleted battery. Secondly, the paperwork inside the parcel did not include any sort of returns label. The single sheet looked as though part of it had been torn away. So no way of returning the watch for free despite their website proclaiming “free returns””
“Cannot get hold of anyone to return item Where it says click here for help does not work. Watch is rose gold but looks cheap. After sales is rubbish.”
“Strap didn't contain the pins to attach to my watch. Customer service is non existent, just get standard copy and paste answers which apply to watches, not accessories”
“Lovely watch, exactly what I wanted, but was faulty on receipt. Collected for Return and Exchange on the 17th, but I’ve heard nothing at all. So they have my money and I have nothing.”
