“I love the design of the watch, especially the retro green face, the stap is a bit stiff and unyielding but I guess it will soften up with wear My major gripe is there was no instructions on its functions and how to use the stopwatch etc”
“I measured the gap between the the sides of the part where the strap fits but should've put the model number in to get the the correct size. My fault, so will re-order when I know the one I need.”
“Delivery was prompt, my son was very pleased with his smart watch, unfortunately within 2 weeks when he charged it ( for the correct period) it would not power on. Spoke with Sekonda who have been very helpful and have asked us to return it to get a replacement, they also kindly posted me a returns label as I don't have a printer. Hoping the replacement watch will work without problems when it arrives.”
“Received watch on the 13th November returned it via Post office within the hour as second hand had come away from dial. As I hadn’t heard anything until the 19th November I phoned Sekonda. They told me that I will get a replacement but probably won’t get it until early next week. So from buying the watch until I hopefully receive it, it could take 2 weeks.”
“Love the watch but find it’s way off with the step counter had it on the side set at zero looked later and it had counted 26 steps no one near it whatsoever so a little miffed to be honest I’ll give it a week or 2 see if it rights it’s self”
“The watch shipped quickly and is good. I need to contact sekonda as the links to their website for the user guide don't work. They did email it to me but it is limited help and not useful. Although the app is specifically for the hybrid watch. All instructions relate to their normal smart watch. They software and firmware do not feel finished”
“I was a little disappointed in my watch, I bought two, one for me and one for my wife, the watch’s themselves are great, the look and feel are great value.. however my Wife’s is the metal version, and mine was the sports version (plastic) and they both have different software and operating systems, where my wife has so many different watch face designs and features I have limited designs (but lots of different colours for the same designs) I also have lots of what you me are childish designs, halloween and Christmas themes, which might be ok for some, but not my thing… please guys give us some better designs..”
“Was disappointed for having to pay to get the watch strap shortened My old watch fit bit had different strap sizes I like the Sekonda track watch but feel reluctant to get different straps as not sure about the sizes”

“I ordered the wrong replacement watch strap and sent it back. The return slip allowed me to make any relevant comments. I provided details of the exact strap I needed. The refund on the watch strap was prompt which was much appreciated but I have had no response to my request for assistance on identifying the correct strap for my watch. I now have a nice watch that cannot be used. I have looked at the Sekonda website but this has has proven unhelpful in my serach!”
“Lovely looking watch, comfortable to wear. I bought it with the mesh strap for going out plus a silicone strap for in gym. My disappointment is the fitness tracking, it has preset workout categories which include random things like kayaking, but nothing for weightlifting! I set it as "Other Workout". It doesn't calculate calorie burning accurately,I wore fitbit simultaneously to compare. Otherwise happy with it. Wouldn't recommend purely as a Fitness Watch.”
