“Watch is good, delivery was fast. A bit of a complaint though in that I bought my watch with the orange strap fitted. I could choose another free strap so I chose yellow. Only a short time After I purchased mine (minutes, not days), my wife decided she wanted a new smart watch so was looking on the Sekonda website and noticed that if I had bought my watch with the yellow strap fitted, and selected the orange strap as the free strap, it would have cost about Ł20 less! That doesn't make any sense. Anyway, as I said, the watch is good, does everything I need, app is basic but functional.”
“The first smart watch had a bleed on the lcd screen. The watch was returned, followed by a lack of communication regarding a replacement. I had to contact Sekonda myself for information on when I would receive my replacement. The watch itself is good so far and great value for money.”

Unfortunately it was too way out for me on the readings for me to keep it. Besides that it's worth its price, as all the other features are spot on. “This was a present for my son and he is extremely pleased with the watch. The delivery was quick and website excellent. When the parcel came the watch wasn't totally secure in the box and you could hear it rattling around and I was a little bit anxious upon opening but watch was all intact. Better secure packaging would be nice.”

Information regarding the app is very scarce - took me a while to realise Sekonda have their own app The watch is OK but doesn't seem to calculate calories burned very accurately - if I burned that few calories, I'd be the size of a house! The magnetic strap is fabulous - very comfortable and doesn't catch on things (like the buckle strap); the straps are very easy to change”
“Smart watch works well main complaint is that you cannot adjust the strap unless you send it back to manufacturer why don’t they clamp the locking mechanism to the strap instead of crimping it, have since changed strap to plastic strap with holes and buckle”
