“I recently purchased the Monika Maxi ladies watch. As I liked it so much I tried to purchased in my local jewellers but they only had the Monika watch. When I looked online there was a 10% discount offered for a first time order. We all like an offer so I completed the order but would there was a fault and would not take off the 10% with the code. I phoned Sekonda and they said to complete the order without the code and once received they would refund the 10%. I followed instructions and the refund was applied. It was the principle of this not so much the 10% but I cannot fault Sekonda for immediately sorting this fault out. My order was received in a couple of days just as they said. I would certainly recommend going direct to Sekonda to purchase. I am very happy with my watch.”
