“I ordered a beautiful watch that I had had my eye on for a while. Numerous hints to my hubby fell on deaf ears...so I treated myself ...and I also treated myself to a necklace. The necklace is snug fitting as is the watch. But an extra link will solve that minor problem. I was kept up-to-date with packaging and postage etc and it arrived promptly in nice secure packaging.”

“Base range of Sekonda gives good value for money. The clasp on the bracelet sounds & feels a little tinny but the bracelet is good quality. Watch face looks really nice in green, just as good as I remember it when I saw it in an airport on holiday! Price at home was better. I enjoy wearing it just as much as pricier watches I own. The watch pouch is a new one for me, but is certainly easier to store than a box. Delivery a little slow, but I did order it over the Christmas period.”

“Bought 2 different watches, one for my husband & one for me, and couldn't get the notifications to work properly on either of them (some worked but the most important ones didn't!). So bought another one to try but the same thing happened! Had multiple lengthy discussions with the AI chat on the website (which to be fair is a very good AI bot!) & trawled through the instructions & tried everything, but still not working properly. Sent a message in via the Contact Us form (frustratingly no phone numbers available to call!) but still no response a week later, despite sending a chase message. So, overall very gutted & will be returning all 3 watches.”
“Easy to use website, nice looking watches but not that impressed with the charging lead arrangement on the Flexplus smart watch. It is very easy to dislodge the charger meaning it can take a while to charge, especially if you don't realise. Other than that it's a nice product”
