“Lovely watch. Husband loves it. Just a shame the packaging wasn’t great. Didn’t feel it protected the watch overly much, loose in just a plastic bag and a felt wallet. For such an expensive piece I would have expected some sort of protective packaging. Thank fully, although it arrived crumpled in the bag it wasn’t scratched or damaged.”
“This Sekonda watch I had seen previously and I liked the look of it, it had a green face so I ordered it, it was a really super duper watch, the service after my order was excellant. Sadly I had to return the watch as I have low vision is one eye and none in the other eye, the face is not big enough for me to see what the time is/was also it didn’t have figures which was my fault I should have realised that when I ordered it. So my apologies for that. I would Recommend this company as the service was excellent and no problem with me returning the item.”
“I am a very critical person and often known to complain for bad customer relations however this company was absolutely marvelous a bent over backwards to help me and sorted out any issues, gave me the best deal and I will definitely go back to them. I still cannot beleave that at 74 years of age I have found a company that is at the top of the tree for customer service . no I do not have shares in this company.lol”
