However, I do blame them for the complete lack of response when I tried to contact them. I reached out to Royal Mail, who confirmed the parcel was lost and provided a case number so the retailer could claim reimbursement. I passed this information on to Sekonda, but nothing happened. Despite contacting them multiple times through different channels, I received no reply at all. In the end, I had no choice but to request a chargeback through my card provider; otherwise, I would have lost my money. Very disappointing service.”
