“Speedy and prompt paid for delivery only spoilt by DPDs failure to deliver and failed to knock-on tge door orcringvthe door bell - my 97 year old mother was sitting close by the door awaiting delivery. The package was then taken to a shop more than 1 mile away where it remained for several days as there was no way my mother could get there to collect it. Very poor service from your delivery company.”
“The watch was exactly as advertised. Very clear face. Arrived set exactly at the right time and it has kept that accuracy for the 10 days I've had it so far. The expandable strap is just a little too big for my wrist, but can easily and cheaply be made smaller (Ł5 at the local jeweller). Packaged beautifully, with strength to keep it safe but not bulkily.”

“Online ordering was easy and delivery process was excellent however comparing to FitBit there’s a lot im not keen on. A basic manual included with the watch would be good just to explain the symbols etc. I’d like to lock the screen so it doesn’t keep changing too”

“I bought the watch as a Master's graduation present for my daughter, I'm sure she will love when she receives it. one criticism, I would have liked a nice presentation box. because I was a new customer I received a 10% discount, however, there was an offer of getting an additional watch strap free you just had to add to the basket, because I added the code for the 10% discount the system didn't allow me to add the additional free watch strap, which was a shame .”
“Despite the strap clasps not locking causing the watch to fall off, I change it over to the free strap which was equally useless as its magnetic but not magnetic enough. Then I tried to measure one of my walks and it didn't do it. The app is rubbish and the smartwatch us over priced for what it is. I sent an email that hasn't been responded to. So I had to scream & shout on there ads on Facebook before someone contacted me. So don't say I didn't warn you....”
