“I was looking at 2 watches, couldn't decide what colour dial to get, but I firstly wanted to know if I could get extra links for them as ladies watches are too small in the strap for me. The customer service team were prompt in their reply and assured me that there was links available for either watch. I then decided to just buy them both and informed the CS team that I would require multiple links per watch. I was then informed that they would send them out f.o.c to me for my purchases. My watches arrived 1 day, the extra links the next, and I had them fitted the next day again. Excellent service from Seconda and their CS team. I would definitely buy a watch from them again.”
