“Still not received item and taking a long time to resolve with Royal Mail. As I still have paid for items I’ve not yet received”

“I recently bought a pair of Oakley Sylas sunglasses from Shade Station (Frame Colour: Matte Black Ink with Prizm Golf lenses)and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The ordering process was straightforward and smooth, with clear product information, pictures and helpful updates throughout. Delivery was impressively quick, and the glasses arrived well packaged in a sturdy cardboard box and in perfect condition. The product itself is really good and very lightweight so feels like you're not even wearing them. The Matte Black frame looks sleek and understated, and the 'prism' lenses really do enhance contrast and clarity on the course. They feel great quality and comfortable to wear for long periods. Overall, great service, speedy delivery and a fantastic product. I would definitely recommend Shade Station and will be ordering again.”

“Couldn’t be happier with my Shade Station experience. I placed my order for prescription Gucci glasses on Friday morning and chose Saturday delivery. They arrived the next day at 10.45am, exactly on schedule. The ordering, updates and delivery were all spot on. The glasses themselves are excellent. They are clearly genuine Gucci, complete with all the brand paperwork, packaging and authenticity elements. Having owned similar frames before, the quality and finish are exactly what I expect from the brand. Overall, a flawless and trustworthy service and a definite 5 star experience.”

“Wow! From start to finish just WOW! Placed my order on Sunday evening, and was dispatched on Monday morning with delivery arriving at my house at 9am today! Was kept informed every step of the way from the order being received, dispatched and out for delivery! I even contacted the customer service team on online chat because I thought this was too good to be true and the person I spoke with so friendly and informative, completely putting my mind at ease ! Could not recommend enough - definitely earned my repeat custom for me and the family! :)”

“After wearing a new pair of Maui Jim sunglasses that cost £130 for a single day, I put them in the case provided. Upon opening the case the next day, I discovered that the sunglasses had warped and bent in accordance with the shape of the case. I returned this item expecting a replacement pair; however, the manufacturer claimed that the damage was due to "improper maintenance" with no further explanation provided. Shade Station has taken no accountability for this false claim made by the manufacturer of sunglasses that they sell. Furthermore, they have not made the appropriate effort to resolve this utterly unacceptable and unreasonable excuse for rejected a warranty claim. I am incredibly disappointed with service that I have recieved.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Brought a pair of sunglasses wasn't happy with them so asked to return them back.borh option's didn't work so had to post them myself. At acost of £9 which I did not get back from them DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE”

“I'm only giving 1 as 0 isn't available. Do not buy prescription glasses, especially reduced thickness lenses. As you get standard lenses and a pair of specs with minimal vision. Totally useless, had to go to vision express to get the lenses corrected. Trying to return the mistake is a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“I have ordered more than 10 pair of eye glasses and most of them delivered within 10 days to my country ( Singapore ). All brand New , Full original Boxed and well packed with warranty certificate . Prices are about 40-60% cheaper than any store in Singapore . I highly recommend Shade Station UK . Buy with confidence and Trust..”

“Don’t waste your money with this company. They maybe a little cheaper than other companies but they will send you a product that is used before. Then when you return the faulty/used item you have to pay for the postage. Their customer service is rubbish too as they don’t keep their promise. I made a mistake and ignored other negative reviews and this has cost me time and money. I am yet to receive my refund!!! AVOID”
