“Fab company will purchase again from them. Good tracking communication either fad5 delivery. Sunglasses well packed even with black tissue paper. Saved £60 compared to sunglass hut at LGW. Glad I waited to retu4n from holiday to purchase now.”

“I really like sunglasses and usually I trying to buy from shade station, all good but to be honest just only one thing sometimes make me so upset ! Sometimes, when I order sunglasses from you, I don’t receive the proper box or case with them. When I checked at a Tom Ford store, I noticed that their sunglasses packaging was different from what you send me !!!”

We're sorry to hear that you've sometimes been disappointed with the packaging supplied with your sunglasses. I can reassure you that we purchase our Tom Ford products directly from the brand in the UK and only ever supply the original packaging provided to us by Tom Ford. It's possible that Tom Ford chooses to present/merchandise its products differently for sale in its own stores, which may explain the differences you've noticed. “The item was delivered in an inadequately strong box with no packing inside to protect the sunglasses from damage. The box had been damaged in transit, so it was only luck that the glasses weren't scratched or crushed - they were in a microfibre bag loose inside the box, with only an ineffective sheet of tissue to insulate them. I wouldn't buy from Shade Station again as I think there is a high chance of items being delivered with damage.”
