“Ordering is essy. Product got broken 2 days after, so quality is not recommended and they want to have it back to send another machine despite I took pictures and sent many of them.”

Unfortunately, damage can sometimes occur during transit with the carrier, which is something we sadly can't always control. To process the exchange and inspect what went wrong, we do require the defective unit back.
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will immediately send you a brand-new replacement device. To make up for the inconvenience, we will also include a small extra gift in your new package!
