“This is the first product I have bought from RING. The product itself is fantastic. When I say fantastic, I mean from the quality of the packaging it arrived in to the product itself, but more than that the thoughtfulness and consideration to how a customer will use this product. “Both of my cars required the tyre sealant to be replaced. The original Ford 300ml canisters had expired in 2015 and 2020. These 450ml replacements are great and so much cheaper than Ford's own. Quick delivery too! Just one minor observation... Whoever is manufacturing these for Ring need to get the information leaflet inserted so that you can see the expiry date when the shrink wrap is applied. I was able to shuffle the leaflet around inside the shrink wrap. And of course the shrink wrap will be ripped off when they are used in anger anyway so this isn't a big deal.”

“The kit looks fine but my main problem is the instruction leaflet. It should be aimed at the non-technical user and would be better as a diagram and a set of written intsructions without technical jargon, rather than a series of unconnected pictures. As far as I can see there are no specific instructions on how to connect up the battery pack up for charging, and I cannot see how to tell when it is fully charged.”

“Did my homework, decided what I wanted and then looked for the best deal out there. Although the product was a tad cheaper on Amazon and Argos, I opted for peace of mind with a 2 year warranty by buying direct from Ring Automotive.”

“On Ring's website it was easy to find the products I was interested in. Product description was good, although I did ask a couple of questions via email they were answered promptly and clearly. Order process was simple, 10% off my first purchase was welcome, and delivery was as-promised with the item well packaged.”

“I bought a pair of circular spotlights and they arrived well packaged and within 3-4 days. They are now fitted and looking good and working well. One star is deducted as I was charged an extra £11.95 for DPD to deliver to the Highlands which should have been free British delivery.”

“I ordered a Ring Cordless Tyre Inflator and Air Pump for my Tesla Model 3. I wanted cordless as the one I got from Tesla needs to be powered from the lighter port which is a real pain when you want to top up quickly. The inflator arrived quickly but I the connection for charging the unit is really poor. The green light came on when charged overnight but when I used it for the first time today, the panel does not turn on - it briefly flashes and then goes off when fully charged. The worst bit was trying to inflate the tyres - I checked the unit worked and it seemed to be pumping air but when I connected to the tyre to inflate it cut out; this happened on all the tyres, all of which were low and needed inflating. I had to use the Tesla unit again. Needless to say, I will be returning the unit for a full refund when I can next get to the Post Office to send it back, later this week.”
