“The product I purchased looks good and well made. The delivery of the item was shocking. The item was placed inside a recycling bin, in its cardboard box, by the courier DPD. Generally I would expect logic and common sense to kick in, this being a bad place to leave something. Contacted Ring about this by email, but did not receive a reply or acknoledgement. Rating of 1 star given based on that experience and the lack of response.”

“Ordered RTC1000 tyre inflator. Had to use it yesterday, & the battery life can only be described as PATHETIC. If you needed to inflate more than one tyre you would be better off with a foot pump. Complete waste of money, definitely WOULD NOT COMMEND”

“I have ordered a tyre inflator. It has never arrived. They claim to have delivered to a shop which does not function. Not satisfied. Their couriers are notoriously unreliable and have never delivered anything to me correctly in years..”

“My ring tyre inflator never arrived and despite emailing three times I have heard nothing. I have asked for a full refund. The parcel never arrived in the slotted time and DOD said it had been returned to Ring automotive. That was the 25th of March and it is now approximately, April fools day!”

“Allowing people to purchase your goods without confirming their email address, then spamming the actual account owner is not acceptable. Also, your logo seems to be stolen from someone else.”

“Product arrived on time well packaged. When I tried to use it, it didn't work. I complained to Ring by phone asking what happened to quality control, I was told " we can't test everything". So I said "so you expect the customer to test it, then when it doesn't work the customer has to download and print a return label, package the item, then drop it off at a DPD collection point (6 miles from my house in my case)" This was the only option so I did this and await a credit but no credit for postage paid. I shall not be dealing with Ring again, dreadful lack of service.”

“Absolutely rubbish product! Doesn't fit properly on the valve. I managed to get a reading on 1 tyre which was clearly not accurate, it read 30psi. A friend who does a lot of track days has a very accurate gauge which showed pressure was actually 34 psi... Don't buy!”

“I am pleased with my purchase, but far from happy with your delivery of it. I received an email and a picture telling me it had been delivered. The picture just showed the box only with no identification as to where it was relevant to my property. In fact it hadn't been delivered to my address at all. It turned up the day after with no explanation as to who had left it.”

“Had the tyre inflator for a couple of months now and only used a few times and now keeps coming up with error and doesn't work. Great way to waste 40 quid.”

“Product did not arrive. Courier couldn't find my address and has sent it back to ring. Please use royal mail in the future because they never fail to deliver.”

“It's hard to review as it doesn't seem to work. Charging it is easy - it soon registered the Green symbol. After that it just didn't switch on. Pressing the on/off button did nothing so nothing else worked. Being attached to the inlet valve on a tyre made no difference.”

“Return the dash cam and ordered a better version. They received it back 5 days ago and haven’t even processed the refund yet. I have had no communication from them at all regarding the refund. I have only received a reply to me contacting them to ask about it. Will be returning the other dash cam too due to very poor customer service.”

“Instructions were vague, failed to tell you to remove the isolating disc in the battery compartment, gauge failed to operate, due to the rubber disc in connector being too firm. very disappointed with my purchase.”
