The item I bought is rubbish. No on off so it's auto but doesn't actually work properly at all. What's the point in having an auto when doesn't work!!!!!! Waste of time

There is no way that a charger cable could fit into this box. Far too small.

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the issues your facing. This case is the same one supplied with our Ring Three-Pin-to-Car portable EV-style charger, so it’s designed to fit that style of charger and lead. It isn’t suitable for the larger Type 2-to-Type 2 cables. We do offer a larger EV cable case that’s made for Type 2-to-Type 2 leads. If you’d prefer, we also offer free, no-quibble returns, just get in touch and we’ll arrange a return or help you swap to the correct case.

I recently purchased a Ring tyre inflator directly from Ring AM to replace a previous Ring (purchased from Argos), which had gone faulty after many years of good service - nothing lasts for ever. However (at/after purchase), I noticed an anomaly with the figures quoted to me associated with said purchase. I promptly E Mailed Ring's customer service and provided details. Their response was very slow and I've had to chase them constantly ever since and the issue STILL isn't resolved, Basically my concerns have been ignored! I cannot fault their product, however their customer service is absolutely abysmal!! Well, I guess this is probably down to the old adage - we've got the customer's money, anything after is not our responsibility, sigh ...............! Shameful indeed.

Ordered a battery powered tyre inflator last year used it once went to use it a couple of weeks ago spent over 30 minutes trying to get it working ended up putting it in the bucket then ordered a wired version with 2 day delivery after a full week contracted you was still lying in the warehouse ended up cancelling it and buying elsewhere not impressed by quality or customer service

Ordered the new 220 bulbs and got sent 200 instead. Had to package them back up and take them to the DPD drop off. Still waiting for my refund!

As this was purchased for a Christmas present and won't even be looked at for a month I am unable to review this item until at least next year at the earlest, As I am being forced to rate Ring I can only give the lowest rating due to the unreasobale expectations of being able to review something I have not even taken out of the box.

Product faulty. Returns process difficult and time consuming. Messages from DPD confusing. Sadly will not use Ring again.

I ordered a Ring Cordless Tyre Inflator and Air Pump for my Tesla Model 3. I wanted cordless as the one I got from Tesla needs to be powered from the lighter port which is a real pain when you want to top up quickly. The inflator arrived quickly but I the connection for charging the unit is really poor. The green light came on when charged overnight but when I used it for the first time today, the panel does not turn on - it briefly flashes and then goes off when fully charged. The worst bit was trying to inflate the tyres - I checked the unit worked and it seemed to be pumping air but when I connected to the tyre to inflate it cut out; this happened on all the tyres, all of which were low and needed inflating. I had to use the Tesla unit again. Needless to say, I will be returning the unit for a full refund when I can next get to the Post Office to send it back, later this week.
