“Instructions were vague, failed to tell you to remove the isolating disc in the battery compartment, gauge failed to operate, due to the rubber disc in connector being too firm. very disappointed with my purchase.”

“Total rubbish. Just received it and eager to try. Selected 36psi and pumped one tyre from 33psi. Perfect. Moved to 2nd tyre and within 5 seconds the display disappeared so I disconnected. Unit won't turn off none of buttons responding. It's going back chop chop”

“The dash cam front and rear interfere with the DAB signal on my Land Rover Discovery Sport, I rang technical support and was told this happens sometimes and there's nothing they can do about it.”

“The users guide was rubbish & had to ring fir advice. Once connected the numbers kept jumping around on the dial with no indication if charging was happening. Left to charge my leisure battery all day and went to check on the charge but saying 2.4 which was lower than the charging began. Have emailed the co to return for a refund. It might be that I am a 61 year old woman new to camping & charging leisure batteries etc but I’ve watched loads of you tube videos & have connected the charger & battery correctly so maybe this one is a dud.”

“Delivery good but product is not suitable for paddle boards despite its claim. The supplied nozzle does not fit the valve which is commonly used on thousands of different paddle boards. This is very disappointing as it was the sole reason I bought this item.”

“The light came on when I plugged it in with the ignition on and the engine running, but the air pump didn’t operate so the tyre didn’t inflate. I asked a mechanical engineer to lot at it but couldn’t find a fault. So I packed it up in the original box and packing and sent it back.”

“Ordering process was smooth and efficient. Delivery from DPD nighmare with delievry confirmed that did not appear followed by long process to get actual delivery sorted . Overall poor experiabce , but mainly down to the contracted distribution supplier who ring contract .”

“Bought 2 The inspection light on the tip of both lights fell off within days. Quality is terrible. Not as bright as the e bay cheap Chinese ones And battery isn’t any better than the cheap e bay ones! I thought by buying from a brand the quality would be better I was wrong! The inspection lights on the tip are now both taped on. Not great after a few days use!”
