“The overall experience with this company was great and the product is good too. There is only one problem. The instruction leafelt is a joke, it is completely impossible to fathom. So at first I could not figure out how to use the product. I resorted to asking Google AI who gave me correct instructions. To be honest if Google hadn't given me workable instructions I would have returned the product.”

“Site was easy to navigate and item in stock. Dispatch was also swift, so overall process was good, marred only by DPD being their usual useless selves and taking my item to the post office instead of delivering it to my home address, meaning a trip out to collect it. Item itself it good, easy to use, reassuring to have in car.”

“very good m/c l like that you have up to 20amp charging, I thought this model had a repair mode ? lf it has itis well hidden. Also intructions are pretty basic if you are not mechanicly inclined Thats the only two reasons thaat l gave it 4 stars”

“Easy to use once you've fathomed out the poor visual instructions. The first one had me completely stumped - I got not to do the tyres on a hill but what turns out to be putting on the handbrake was unreadable to me. Written instructions please - i emailed to ask for them but no response - not good so for 'over a week' below = not at all!”

“Easy to use website, ordering easy and delivery reasonably price and very fast. Packaging was way over the top though - two key ring tyre pressure gauges in a 10” cube cardboard box was extremely excessive.”

“Seems to work well. Forced to do a review although I've only used it once. Smaller than the old one, very compact which I like. Bit fiddlier in the sense that I now have to screw the hose on.”

“Decent charger 20amp, easy to use, would have given 5 but I dont think the cables would stand the jump lead function for long. A bit thin for 80 amp draw. But then I'm used to truck sized jump leads.”

“Website is Ok and fairly easy to use. Structure and presentation to find products and explanations could however be better. FYI - the John Lewis online shop offering is amongst one of the easiest and best to use, from my experience.”
