Would of been 5 stars but delivery from DPD was a complete shambles. Driver didnt attempt delivery instead opting for a random neighbour. When i spoke to DPD they advised speaking to Ring 1st, who checked tracking and advised me that the parcel was deivered somewhere nearby and that i should start knocking on doors to find it!

Easy to order. Quick to despatch. Disappointing delivery - courier lied about calling then left parcel at co op 15 minutes drive away when he could have left it at 3 minutes drive away. Experience of this plus lack of response from Ring means I won’t use them again.

I had requested a Invoice which is not sent to us. Warranty on this product I don't know as no reply has been sent through email. Poor customer service shud I say.

1st order wasn't good. Placed and paid for my 1st next day DPD order. Next day, order status showed 'SCREENED'. That status showed for 2days, I then emailed Ring Customer Support to ask what 'SCREENED ' meant, as i required my order next day and got no reply, another 2-3days, still showing 'SCREENED', so emailed again. Still no reply email back from Ring! Approximately 8 days later, the status was still showing 'SCREENED ', so I had to call them on the phone. They said that something went wrong with their system. I explained that I understand that things go wrong, but was disappointed with their customer service, as no one had the decency to reply to any of my emails. They apologised and gave me a partial refund on my order and dispatched my outstanding order the next day. I hope that my next order will go smoother.

The process of ordering was straightforward. The product was sent quickly and arrived in good condition. It also works well. My complaint is that I did not receive an email confirmation of the order even after I asked for one. So I don’t have any proof of my purchase.

I ordered the towing mirrors for a 4x4 - everything on the product detail page suggested these were shipped as a pair (e.g. Twin Pack and plural references to ‘mirrors’). However, only one mirror was delivered. After speaking with numerous people at Ring to discuss the situation - Laila (who was great) agreed to send me a second mirror.

I bought the 20W solar battery trickle charger. Annoyingly it doesn't have an indicator to confirm it is actually charging the battery and my car (Lexus LBX) doesn't show whether it has made a difference. Only keeping it in the hope it does work.

There was a delay, at the warehouse, dispatching the item. Secondly, I did not receive a QR code, after DPD decided to leave the package at my nearest Co-Op for me to collect. I had to phone up to ask for a QR code to be sent before the Co-Op would release the package to me.

Graphic instructions are not straightforward and assume some knowledge. Also the lack of a mains plug for charging is unhelpful. The leads on the battery booster I bought are very short, the negative will not reach the recommended earth point. Not tried the product after a failed start but I expect it will work. Good neat design fits in glove box easily.

Regarding the mains plug, many of our products are designed for USB charging to offer flexibility, but we understand that having an adapter included would be more convenient. For the booster leads, we recommend checking alternative grounding points in your vehicle’s manual if the suggested earth point is out of reach. From a technical point f view the product works exactly as it should it maintains the battery via solar so that even after weeks of not using the tractor it will start straight up. But the design is very poor, there is no mounting holes, lugs or anyway to fasten the unit onto the external of the vehicle. The designers seemed to have assumed that the unit will always be put on the dashboard with the car facing the sun, which in the real world is ridiculous. This is a very good product just presented very badly.

It only charges one Tesla car tyre from 35 yo 42 psi then the battery is flashing for recharge. I have a slow puncture so been charging daily which is very inconvenient

Returns link on the back of delivery note does not exist. When finally you manage to navigate to a returns window you find your order number is not recognised. eventually advised on phone to ignore letter at start of order number and insert three zeros. Seems to be designed to get people wishing to return products to give up in frustration.

The kit looks fine but my main problem is the instruction leaflet. It should be aimed at the non-technical user and would be better as a diagram and a set of written intsructions without technical jargon, rather than a series of unconnected pictures. As far as I can see there are no specific instructions on how to connect up the battery pack up for charging, and I cannot see how to tell when it is fully charged.

This looks like an excellent piece of kit, however .......I haven't yet used the Ring booster. Partly due to the unclear instructions for its use. I think I have charged it but I am still not sure. If I have not got it right a flat battery would be a BAD to find it out! A video guide would be useful.

Large print offer of free delivery on offers over £30 but this isn't universal, some area are still charged £11.95 delivery. Clarity please.

Solar panel 10w boutght last week - does the job well. Was not sure if it had to be disconnected before each time car engine was started, nothing in instructions referring to it needing to be unplugged and was a bit confused by the word 'permanent' used in the Ring ad description. So sent email message to the email address shown on the Ring site for any queries, to ask for clarification - got no reply, so lower score for poor 'after sales' customer service.
