“I ordered two tyre pumps. Why do you send discounts after I have purchased? Before I purchased I put these two items in my basket and left for a few days hoping you would send a discount to entice me to purchase. You didn’t. Then after I purchased you send discount options. Frustrating to say the least. I had purchased two previous pumps - so you don’t value my custom.”

“On a positive note, the display is large and very clear and it is easy to set the limits at which the tyre inflator turns off automatically. Consequently, it is very easy and quick to use. It was very stiff and hard to screw onto the tyre pressure valves but decided to add a bit of vaseline to the threads and that solved that problem perfectly. The pressure gauge readings seem to read high by about 0.15 psi when compared with other pressure gauges tried so I am not sure about the accuracy. The power cord rewind mechanism soon locked up as the cord gets jammed in the process requiring a lot of force to fully wind it back up so I decided not to bother using the power cord rewind mechanism in future so as not to cause any damage to the power cord itself.”

“Ordering & recieving goods very good. My 8v battery charger came on next day delivery, exellent. Unfortunately the charger although claimed to be good for light commercial vehicles was not up to the job of charging a jaguar xf battery & when it showed the battery was fully charged, couldnt get a turn of the engine out of it, nada, zilch, so very disappointing.”

“Easy and quick to use however the pressure indicator is woefully inaccurate. I had to inflate to a reading of 2.8 bar to get an actual pressure of 2.4 bar.”

“i purchased a RTC1000 X2 and a RTC2000 cordless tyre inflator.Unfortunately one of the RTC1000 had the power lead solidly jammed inside the reel and would not budge.Under the direction of technical support I had to remove the screws holding the reel in place enabling me to unravel the power line and wind it neatly back in and this solved the problem,allowing the line to freely pull out and wind back in.Unfortunately in the process of this I damaged the head or the screw and was unable to tighten up the reel back into the device,Mr. Edward LOFTHOUSE has sent out some replacement screws twice by Royal Mail but I have not yet received them,”

“The air pump arrived quite promptly and was well packed but sadly it did not work properly so was returned for credit. I have since ordered a more expensive Ring product from a local stockist. Fingers crossed”

“Item initially good but stopped working after 4 days! Instructions are poor! Technical support was good BUT Customer Services experience was bad as the lady did not speak English clearly....very poor for Customer Services. Have now returned item BUT I will purchase again BUT only through RING only as returning the faulty item made easy through DPD...many thanks....Dave”

“It does the job, although the cable winding handle could be better designed so as not to disappear into the body of the compressor when in use. A transformer plug to allow mains use in the garage would be a great help.”

“The instructions state in small print that the tyre gauge is inaccurate and tyre pressures need to be checked using a seperate tyre gauge. This isn't made clear in the advertising or packaging and is therefore a little disappointing.”
