Item initially good but stopped working after 4 days! Instructions are poor! Technical support was good BUT Customer Services experience was bad as the lady did not speak English clearly....very poor for Customer Services. Have now returned item BUT I will purchase again BUT only through RING only as returning the faulty item made easy through DPD...many thanks....Dave
