i purchased a RTC1000 X2 and a RTC2000 cordless tyre inflator.Unfortunately one of the RTC1000 had the power lead solidly jammed inside the reel and would not budge.Under the direction of technical support I had to remove the screws holding the reel in place enabling me to unravel the power line and wind it neatly back in and this solved the problem,allowing the line to freely pull out and wind back in.Unfortunately in the process of this I damaged the head or the screw and was unable to tighten up the reel back into the device,Mr. Edward LOFTHOUSE has sent out some replacement screws twice by Royal Mail but I have not yet received them,
