I bought a RTC2000 Cordless Handheld Rechargeable Tyre Inflator. The shopping experience was good. The inflator looks good but must have been designed by someone who's had pretty much no experience of pumping up tyres. Fiddly to use. Buttons set to close together.

RTC6000 was easy to order. It was also £12 cheaper than Argos and had a 2 year guarantee. Instructions aren't great but it's simple to use. One diappointment was that the thing the instructions say is that the guage is for guidance only, and I should check with a known accurate gauge. Very disappointing. The biggest disappointment was the 'next day delivery'. True, DPD delivered the day after they were given the parcel, but it took nearly a week for ring to give it to them. I did query where my next day delivery was after 3 days and the reply I got was basically I'd get an email when the courier had it. That was 3 days later. After another 4 days DPD finally gave a delivery time. The next day delivery promise is a downright LIE. Another couple of stars off the rating for that.

All good ordering and good delivery. Ordered heavy duty 12v air compressor going a a 2 month road trip in camper used it to inflate a 16 inch bike tyre and it struggled tried to top up camper tyres 6psi from 70 psi to 76psi no joy pump is poor will be contacting ring on my return.

I ordered a Ring Rtc6000 and was expecting ext day delivery. I emailed after a week of no delivery and was told there had been a system failure and my order hadn’t been picked. Once this was resolved it came quickly and well packaged, but I hope there’s a review of the process so this doesn’t happen again.

Confusing instuctions for somthing that should be simple. A */frost sybol means that & not meaning should be used with an AMG battery or when its a low tempreture. There should be simple writern instuctions or a good vidio. Not a picture book with no text.

Box security seal had been sliced open, should not have been sent out from warehouse. Power connector was rusty, suggesting had been in contact with water.

Ordered RAC 830 on 18/05/24. Faulty (stopped pumping on first inflation attempt) Tried on another low pressured tyre (10psi). Would not work. Sent back to yourselves (22/05/24). Waiting for new inflator. Will send new review when it arrives and I have tried it

Not happy, was really looking forward to recieveing the product but after one failed delivery attempt they took my parcel to a nearby dpd pick up spot giving me a window from the 28th-1st to pick it up. I went on 2 occasions and the shop was closed, finally made it on the 30th and my parcel is nowhere to be seen with nothing sent to me to notify me. Not sure what the deal is now, if it will be redeleivered or if im getting refund?

I tried three time to fill air at 42psi and the until just does not go above 40 psi. This is in the morning when tyres are cold. I’ve had no joy so I’d like to return it pls

Product arrived incomplete. No 230V charger. Poor quality control. Two stars given because customer service Leanne was very helpful and attending for a new delivery.

Got an RTC450 tyre inflater which worked fine on the first tyre then the display lost segments and became unreadable so sending it back. Seems like the display connector isn't vibration proof which is a bit of a drawback on an inflator, when the pump kicks in it vibrates a lot
