“Not happy, was really looking forward to recieveing the product but after one failed delivery attempt they took my parcel to a nearby dpd pick up spot giving me a window from the 28th-1st to pick it up. I went on 2 occasions and the shop was closed, finally made it on the 30th and my parcel is nowhere to be seen with nothing sent to me to notify me. Not sure what the deal is now, if it will be redeleivered or if im getting refund?”

“I tried three time to fill air at 42psi and the until just does not go above 40 psi. This is in the morning when tyres are cold. I’ve had no joy so I’d like to return it pls”

“Got an RTC450 tyre inflater which worked fine on the first tyre then the display lost segments and became unreadable so sending it back. Seems like the display connector isn't vibration proof which is a bit of a drawback on an inflator, when the pump kicks in it vibrates a lot”

“The item was excellent. The price was within a couple of pounds of an Amazon alternative supplier. What let Ring Automative down was the shipping costs, already stated as Nil for items over £25, but suddenly incurred an £11.95 charge because your courier has decided that some areas of mainland Britain are difficult to deliver to. You need to reword the free shipping statement to ' depending on DPD's idea of location'.”

“I reviewed many tyre inflation devices using various motoring organisations and journals. Ring came out as well recommended. I chose the RAC 830 model, as we tow a caravan and the pressures need to be increased from 35psi, to 60 for towing. Sadly the first time I used it, it stopped inflating and began to leak air from the tyre. I have returned it for a replacement. It was £68 so not cheap.”

“Front camera fitted easily. Rear camera different story. Am I the only one to have fitted this camera upside down to the tailgate of my car.? No info in the fitting instruction manual. Why is it so difficult to register my dashcam bundle bought from Ring automotive, all I get is how to register bulbs.!!! PS I still haven't managed to register the bundle. Disappointed.”

“Disappointed. RTC4000 cordless pump. Good points: Easy ordering Rapid delivery Well packaged Returns slip and instructions enclosed Good technical support Minus points: After fully charging and "topping up" first tyre (2.7-3.2bar), which it did in 1min30sec. When disconnected battery indicator on red - discharged. Recharged and pumped up second tyre - same result as above. Repeated procedure for remaining 2 tyres. Contacted Technical Support who diagnosed a faulty battery. In addition the accessory pack (for inflating bicycle tyres etc) was missing. Have just returned from driving to the nearest DPD collection point - 3 miles away. The pump was well designed and worked well with the fully charged battery. Awaiting a response (and refund) from Ring when they receive the pump.”

“Was excited to finally get my ring tyre pressure pump however on first use inflated motorcycle rear tire to 42psi I wanted to see how accurate it was. After checking with three separate manufacturer tyre pressure gauges all of which read there was actually 46psi in the tyre. So 4psi out . On reading the instructions for the ring pump it clearly states after you have inflated your tyre with the ring pump you should use “ other more accurate gauges “ to ensure you have inflated your tyres correctly. To be honest if I new I was going to need other more accurate gauges to determine correct tyre pressures then I wouldn’t have bought this pointless ring pump to inflate tyres in the first place. Waste of money.”

“I have the older version of this torch and have to say that I am very disappointed by the new improved version. it is too flimsy and insubstantial and literally cannot stand up unless the torch is purely vertical. if the lamp part os cranked, it topples over unless the magnet is holding it to a piece of metal - but what if youre working on concrete or wood and there is no metal available. very poor design. also disappointing that it doesnt come with a charger block - i'm sure this is Ring value engineering but this now requires e to go and buy 2 new USB charging blocks for my garage so i can charge both overnight. all in all very disappointing and a major step backwards compared with the earlier version of this prouct which i also have 2 of”

“RSDC3000 Dashcam. Magnetic mount difficult to engage properly (doesn't always make contact) and difficult to remove - almost pulls the mount off windscreen. Poor GPS sensitivity takes ages to find a signal, and if there is a cloud in the sky, no chance at all. No dedicated PC viewer so although the dashcam has GPS you cannot follow the car on a map, so no point in having GPS really. According to my insurance company, unless they can see the position of the car in the event of an accident, then the data is of no use. I have tried 3rd party dashcam viewers but haven't found one that will show GPS data. Disappointing from such a big name company.”
