Ye, no problem with the Ring products I've had. If they sell something I need I will usually get it from them. Always impressed with the quick postage times.

Confusing instuctions for somthing that should be simple. A */frost sybol means that & not meaning should be used with an AMG battery or when its a low tempreture. There should be simple writern instuctions or a good vidio. Not a picture book with no text.

It only charges one Tesla car tyre from 35 yo 42 psi then the battery is flashing for recharge. I have a slow puncture so been charging daily which is very inconvenient

Great service from Ring, excellent product dispatched the next working day. However DPD failed to deliver on the day and time specified in their notification. Product was delivered the following day.

Arrived quickly& externally well packed in several layers of thick cardboard but on opening the branded box one of the corner protectors on the solar panel was shattered. Obviously dropped in the warehouse. Hardly worth returning a working panel for a minor breakage but does point to the need to check items before sending them out.

Purchased 2 items separately, Ultra Boost 1000 & 4amp 12v Charger, delighted with both items. Only downside came via DPD's delivery "service Received a text from Ali the driver informing me that I'd missed the delivery when in fact he'd never been! 5 stars for Ring, Zero for DPD.

An excellent product to keep in your car in the hope you’ll never need it but it’s a lifesaver when you do. I actually checked my tyres after a recent service and my tyres had been over inflated which is really dangerous so brought them down to the correct level! Loved it so much I bought one for my son!

Returns link on the back of delivery note does not exist. When finally you manage to navigate to a returns window you find your order number is not recognised. eventually advised on phone to ignore letter at start of order number and insert three zeros. Seems to be designed to get people wishing to return products to give up in frustration.
