“Ordering was easy and the product came very quickly, packed well (with no plastic) and with clear instructions on how to return it, should I wish to do so (which I don't). I would recommend this company and be happy to order from them again.”

“It's a little soon to comment on the long term reliability of the product I purchased (RTC1000 Rapid Digital Tyre Inflator 12V DC) but I was very happy with the purchase process and subsequent communication from Ring. Initial thoughts on the product are good: I have checked car tyre pressures and brought one tyre up to pressure, and have also inflated a paddling pool. It works exactly as specified and packs away neatly into its black case. Very happy.”

“Brilliant customer service from Bart. I live in Scotland but was working in Leeds, asked if I could collect my order to save on postage costs which were high. All sorted, arrived at their head office was no more that 5 mins on site, really polite gent brought my package down to reception, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. Great product I bought one of their portable tyre inflators which I carry on my motorcycle in case I have a puncture, good quality product. Thank you Team Ring :)”

“The item was excellent. The price was within a couple of pounds of an Amazon alternative supplier. What let Ring Automative down was the shipping costs, already stated as Nil for items over £25, but suddenly incurred an £11.95 charge because your courier has decided that some areas of mainland Britain are difficult to deliver to. You need to reword the free shipping statement to ' depending on DPD's idea of location'.”

“I'm happy to write a good review on the service I had from Ring. However, the product itself I'm not happy with has more to do with the instructions. Sadly, being a senior citizen I would much prefer simple instructions, not just diagrams. It's quite frustrating because I promised my Grandchildren that I had purchased a battery charger that would charge up the batteries in their electric car that I bought for them, which they were going to enjoy during their summer holidays.”
