“Helpful advice over the phone, immedistely followed up with an email with links to several RING products as well as similar products from others. The transparency of Edward Lofthouse's help is why i bought a Ring ULTRABOOST 1000A Lithium Jump Starter rather than any other, which was delivered the next working day. I am very satisfied with the service and the product.”

“I ordered a Ring Rtc6000 and was expecting ext day delivery. I emailed after a week of no delivery and was told there had been a system failure and my order hadn’t been picked. Once this was resolved it came quickly and well packaged, but I hope there’s a review of the process so this doesn’t happen again.”

“Graphic instructions are not straightforward and assume some knowledge. Also the lack of a mains plug for charging is unhelpful. The leads on the battery booster I bought are very short, the negative will not reach the recommended earth point. Not tried the product after a failed start but I expect it will work. Good neat design fits in glove box easily.”

Regarding the mains plug, many of our products are designed for USB charging to offer flexibility, but we understand that having an adapter included would be more convenient.
