“Nothing but praise for this company, especially the ladies in Customer Service who excel in how they handle customer queries. Polite, courteous and you feel valued after speaking to them. Having headed up a large customer service team in my previous life, I know what a big difference a good service team can make to an organisation. I also contacted the technical team and they too were very good. I thoroughly applaud Ring Automotive for its handling of my queries, and the product I purchased was excellent too.”

“I’ve been very impressed so far with Ring. From the initial call made to technical support, and the very prompt return call made to me, the clear, friendly advice given confirming appropriateness of the charger, through to earlier than expected delivery of the device - just in time for the very icy and cold weather we’ve been having. I’ve not yet had to use the device and although the instructions are the diagram and character form typical of Chinese products, they are not unintelligible. In short, impressed by the customer service and reassured by the reviews of the charger.”

“Very fast tyre inflator RTC 1000 Happy with performance could be improved if it made a beep when pressure has reached the set amount but not a deal breaker. Does ofcourse autostop at set Psi. Feels sturdy and build quality is good. Not had it long so time will tell. 2 years guarantee is OK.”
