“Was met at airport and agent was recognisable very quickly. He gave me bus to go to, driver was polite and journey was smooth. On return , picked up within 10mins of agreeed time and journey was smooth.”

“The driver from Antalya airport to the hotel was very punctual and friendly as well as the driver from hotel to the airport. The only remark that I have is regarding the person, who was in charge of the local transport company in Antalya (Murat Dogan Turiszm Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd). When I called this company to confirm my shuttle, this person was very rude and unfriendly! This is definitely a negative remark from my point of view.”

“Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Informationen über den Ablauf kamen sehr schnell , und es hat auch genau so funktioniert. Unser Flug hatte 1,5h Verspätung. Die Abholung der Koffer hatte zusätzlich etwas lange gedauert. Trotzdem hat die Abholung problemlos geklappt. Der Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen hatte auch genau wie vorher beschrieben stattgefunden. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder über Shuttle Direct buchen.”
