“On arrival told at Diagros airport reception told us to wait outside airport for mini bus. After 10 minutes we had to search for our transport in the dark,walking past many buses. Advised that waiting area was Gennadi Court on last day but telephone call later advised us bus was waiting at Pharmacy. I don't think driver was pleased with us. Hotel owner kindly helped us to the bus. Thank you however for the service. Christine Shawyer”

“This is a great service. I had a really good experience. On time and very efficient. The only improvement I can suggest is clearer signage at the airport as it was difficult to spot who I needed to report to. Thanks you”

“Booked a large taxi to take myself, husband, luggage and mobility scooter from hotel to cruise ship 140 km away in Barcelona. Having not used Shuttle Direct before, and needing to be at the docks by lunch time, we had worried that the taxi might be late, or not turn up at all. But it was excellent! Very pleasant and helpful gentleman arrived 20 minutes early and drove us there in plenty of time. Thankyou!”

“The driver seemed not to be updated with geografie of Puerto de la Cruz. He seemed to be searching for the adresses to every hotel. He used more or less 45 minutes to find 6-7 adresses! From the start from the airport to the last adress in de la Cruz, it took 2 hours!! In the future, I will probebly use amother transporter. I hope that the transport from de la Cruz to the airport will be executed in a more professional way! Best regards Claes Hallgren”

“•Firstly the service was of good value for money. •Turned up on time to and from Airport/accommodation . • Both drivers where very friendly and helpful • Nice air con and it was needed. • clear instructions on transfers. Would I recommend? Absolutely. Would I use again? Well this is the 2nd time I’ve used them.”

“Found this company online and they were SPOT ON! communication with them was 100% They messaged me back quickly with any concerns I had as I was travelling alone and a little nervous and unsure of one or two things. The 'check in' desk Spain side was detailed on my ticket and easy to find. The lady at that desk was pleasant friendly and helpful too. She gave me details of where to pick up my coach from. Quick drive through to Benidorm and dropped off near enough to my hotel. (I had googled my hotel location as it was a little obscure) and the walk wasn't too far from drop off point. Travelling back I emailed the company again as getting a little worried about confirming of pick up times. Again.. received an email back pretty quickly. Coach arrived with the ABAS sign in the window and the journey back to the airport was comfortable with only a handful of pick ups enroute. I will 100% be using this company again to book any shuttles from a to b. Cost was way better than a cab and bother ways the journey didn't take much longer in my opinion. Thanks again to everyone.
