“The most amazing, friendly, and smooth service I have ever received. I was travelling from Alicante Airport to Benidorm and then back a few days later, the first time I booked this service for myself and travelled alone. I was quite nervous but from the very moment I booked this service I was made to feel comfortable and taken care of and I just want to say thank you so much. My journey to Benidorm was smooth but what was really special to me was the shuttle to the airport home. I was picked up at 4 am on my own, and as a young woman in the middle of somewhere, I'm not 100% familiar with I am very standoffish towards new people but straight away I was just greeted well and with warmth asked if I'm okay and if I needed anything and if was I okay again. I was fine but I just really appreciated this as I just know he didn't need to or have to, it was just really nice. The bus driver was so kind and reassuring all on his own account and I just really appreciated this. I don't know the driver's name but it was Wednesday 12th April 2023 03:55 am at Hotel Helios, Benidorm. Thank you for your service.”

“Got the 4 stops shuttle bus was there when we got off the plane sat 5 mins before the off was a smooth journey we were second stop was overall very pleased with shuttle direct will use them again.”

“Better than I expected. The fleet has a lot of buses and the overall delay compared to a taxi was less than 30 minutes. We canceled the return trip because we didn't need it anymore and we got a refund.”
