“Very happy with the shuttle service. The driver on both occasions was excellent and waited for me both times when I was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. On driver rang me to confirm my arrival at the airport. I have booked Shuttle Direct again for my next trip. Excellent”

“Great service, friendly professional staff. I was very tired when I arrived and ached all over. The driver could see my distress & was very helpful. The desk clerk was a delightful young woman. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was a new city to me and I didn’t know which terminal was my arrival. Oops, I had to change terminals. I missed my scheduled bus but they planned me on the next available bus.”

“We were very satisfied with Shuttle Direct's services both on the day of our arrival and the day we left. Since (at our arrival) we were the only passengers, the driver was kind enough to drive us to the luggage locker place's street corner on his way back to the airport. We are infinitely grateful for that. The minibus was also exactly on time on the morning of our departure and so we made it to the airport when we were supposed to. The information sent to us was always precise and helpful. Thank you.”

“Wonderful experience! After getting our baggage we walked out and our driver was waiting for us with a sign that had our name on it. Our driver told us about Lisbon on The way to hotel. The day we left our driver picked us up right in front of hotel.”

“Absolutely excellent and reliable service. Good, friendly and safe drivers. Due to our flight return time being changed, we had to phone for an earlier pickup at fairly short notice which proved to be no problem at all.”
