“Je n’ai reçu aucun communication concernant mon trajet du retour. C’est moi qui ai dû contacter Shutle Express pour connecter l’heure de mon transfert De plus le bus n’est pas arrivé à l’heure prévu et il a fallu que j’appelle pour que l’on m’envoie le chauffeur Inadmissible”

“Buchung und Vorort Abwicklung alles ok ! aber die Wartezeit ab dem Flughafen bis zur Abfahrt mit dem Bus ist manchmal zu lang ! auch wenn der Bus voll ist kann ein Transfer bis zu 3 Std. dauern.”

“Consigliatissimo. All'arrivo una persona ti accoglie esibendo un foglio con il tuo nome e ti dà le indicazioni per raggiungere la navetta che ti scaricherà davanti al hotel. Al rientro la navetta ti recupera al hotel. Puntuale, efficiente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo”

“Great service, friendly professional staff. I was very tired when I arrived and ached all over. The driver could see my distress & was very helpful. The desk clerk was a delightful young woman. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was a new city to me and I didn’t know which terminal was my arrival. Oops, I had to change terminals. I missed my scheduled bus but they planned me on the next available bus.”
