“Very good value for money and easy to locate only downside was having to wait for a while at airport for other people (nearly an hour) and quite a few drop offs before us but other than that would recommend.”

“We have used this transport several times. It is cheap, but it takes a long long time if you are going to or from Albir. We spent 2,5 hours through Benidorm streets, very loud music noise, and were the last persons to reach destination. Very nice lady at the desk at Alicante airport, various standard of drivers. As first passengers on the return to the airport, we had to spend a long travelling day. Pick up at 11 o'clock, with flight departure at 15.10. Al in all a cheap transport, but a very long stay in the bus.”

“Shuttle didn’t come and they told me I should go by my self to the airport Had take a Taxi from Santa susanna to Barcelona that cost me 135€ otherwise I missed my flight Never again , same happens to a friend”

“Due to an error on the part of their agent, I was not collected at my hotel. As a result I had to book a taxi back to the airport. Since then Shuttle Direct have refunded me the taxi fare. Mistakes will happen. When they do you want the service to accept responsibility, apologise for their error and refund you your expenses. This was all done by Shuttle Direct in a timely manner. Because of that I would be happy to book their service again.”

“Pick up was great. We were met at the baggage retrieval hall and had to wait no longer than 20 min. Was also first to be dropped off. We were picked up exactly on time for the return journey. We were first to be picked up but disadvantage was that there were two more pickups which made the journey about 30 min longer than the first trip Very professional service and will use again”

“Really good service that dropped passengers off directly at their hotels. The buses leave hourly and run 24 hours, and you are booked onto a bus based on your arrival time rather than your expected arrival. This meant we were able to catch our transport even though when we were 6 hours late arriving and it was after midnight. Pick up is equally convenient for the return journey. Call for a collection time which will ensure you're at the airport in plenty of time for your flight, and the bus will collect you from outside your resort or hotel. Partly my fault for not realising the pickup was 24h, but when I realised the transport was still available for our late arrival time and found the rep, we were rushed up to the bus station and told the bus was waiting for us. When we got there it had just left, so we had to wait for the next one. We were waiting on the bus for over an hour waiting for the bus to fill up. This is the only reason I couldn't give five stars.”
