“This pillow has literally changed my sleep pattern. I realised i had to do something ... A very sore 'locked' neck and shoulder were causing insomnia and i have (over the last couple of years) struggled to sort it out with physio and exercise alone. I bought the pillow a couple of weeks ago and took to it straight away. The improvement in my neck pain is huge. We're going away this weekend and im taking it with me !”

“Good company and quick delivery but the classic orthopaedic pillow doesn’t work for me. It’s too low and my head falls back making me feel dizzy. Can I return please?”

“Takes time to get used to. I find the centre of the lip of the pillow has lost its firmness quickly and not sure this is normal? It’s comfortable enough but I need some advice on whether it should be firmer. I got it for neck pain//stiffness which I still have but it has helped my sciatica.”

“I purchased the Sissel Classic Large Orthopaedic Pillow, which was a replacement for the Sissel pillow I've had for several years. Should have replaced it much sooner! I can't recommend this product highly enough - it gives excellent support, and sleep is improved as it supports the head and neck in just the right position. I even take it on holiday.”

“Products too small, flimsy pump valve which broke with minimum effort, back support very narrow. Sissel sitting plus packaging showed signs of previous use, the product itself also had either toe or finger prints on it.”

Hi John, Thank you for the review. We would like to address the points you raise here; The "Flimsy pump which broke" we have never had this issue before so it seems strange to us as we sell many of the sitfit plus. The "narrow back support" what you ordered was a back pad which works in conjunction with the Dorsaback, the pad is meant to give additional support to the Dorsaback not work as a stand alone product. The "Prints" on the product, Sissel manufacture these products so we can track all the way though the process so not sure how they would have any prints on them, again this is a complaint we have never had before.
