“I have major vision problems and the instructions in the test kit are written in a ridiculously small font, so illegible to me. The e-mail address for help took over 24 hours to respond by which time I had solved the difficulties by asking a neighbour for help. Attempts at scanning the QR code on the large instruction sheet took me to Tik Tok something I do not subscribe to and have no wish to try. I found that I could simply log on to my account at Skyways.com without using the QR code, but the instructions made no mention of that option so it took me several hours of struggling with the code unnecessarily.”

“This was a 2nd day test. It doe's what it says on the label. Delivered on time. Test very easy to do and download. Due to a glitch on their system results did not get sent to me. having contacted Skyway about this I received an email telling me of the problem and sending my link to my certificates. From making contact with Skyway to receiving certificates took 10 minutes. Would definately use again”

“Cheap but not easy. Having done everything including passenger locator on skyway the passenger locator reference was not accepted by the flight check in. Still had to go through the gov.uk website”
