“There was no instructions of what to do once the test was taken .You sent an email saying if there was no instruction in the package ‘click here ‘ and you would be directed to appropriate application,,nothing happened when you click this link .Eventually Once we navigated your web site and sent the results back ,my wife got her result back but I have heard nothing.”
