“I tend to just find the cheapest, was let down so used Skyway who were a few pounds more. Fair play to them, that extra £2 gave me a great service. Easy to use app and certificate super fast.”

“Excellent service. I sent my test result too early (25hrs before departure rather than 24hrs) which was then refused by airline! Skyway response (Sam) was first class and dealt with and resolved the issue. Many thanks. Would recommend without reservation.”

“I uploaded my video only for the app to freeze. Very annoying. I had to just email them and say I’ve already swabbed myself! There was no way I could order another kit. Luckily they took my word n issued me my certificate. Only bonus is the kit arrived the next day n certificate issued in an hour.”

“Recommended to use Skyway from a colleauge, I find all this studff so stressful. I donwloaded the app and purchased tests for me and my husband. They arrived the next day. Used the app to take the tests, record the video and upload results and within 15 minutes our results back. Its brilliant. Highly recommend Skyway!”

“I would like to thank Sam for all the help given to me via email contact. Support and guidance much appreciated. Reason for my contact with Sam…….I was confused by on line guidance documentation under PCR testing heading. The e.g guidance provided for PCR testing on line is guidance for Lateral flow testing. This is very confusing! Guidance for PCR needs to be relevant to taking a PCR test and should include same e.g. of information as sent as hard copy with package through post. As a newcomer to this process I would have found whole experience less stressful if documentation had matched. I could not find a telephone no to discuss my concerns on line. This was frustrating too as whole concern could have been sorted more immediately and problem solved. However Sam was great as replying to my concerns were resolved.”

“Uploading the video was not clear in terms of how big it could be. I tried to find the app but could not find it. The whole process was quite fiddly.”

“Simple once you know but condensing the vid down to 25Mb required a condensing app, once uploaded received the results and fit to fly very quickly. if you need this service yes I would recommend”

“Used Skyway a few time now, first time was when Day 2 was PCR and was changed to LFT. They emailed me and offered a refund! I didn't even have to ask, Sam organised everything. Of course I used them for Lateral flow and have ever since, they don't mess you around and if things change, they're on top of it. Highly recommend Skyway!”
