“We knew we wanted a Bosch Dishwasher. Lance explained the differences between the 500 & 800 series. The price was competitive with other retailers and the service after the sale will be determined. Very impressed with Lance.”

“Friendly honest, no pressure sales. The delivery was a breeze despite our narrow basement stairs. They had to haul away our old machine which they did with ease. Eddie and Noah even had to swap the position of our washer and dryer due to the drain position and they went above and beyond to get that done for us. Super professional and friendly delivery and ours was the last delivery of the day so they had already had a long day.”

“The sales lady was friendly and there was no hassle at the time of purchase. The delivery and installation person was kind and efficient. My only complaint is that they gave us a window of 10:00 - 12:00 for delivery and installation and showed up before 9:00 am when we were not available. If you give a window you need to stay within that window. They showed up over an hour early with no advance phone call. I was not happy and gave the sales lady a lot of grief and thankfully she was able to reroute and get our appliance deliverd that day - tho we had to rearrange our schedule due to them not be able to come until later in the afternoon. If you are going to give a delivery window please deliver in that window. I would have given 5 stars if this had not of happened.”
