“Once again, I got excellent customer service. I was waited on immediately and I really appreciated having all of my questions answered and I never felt rushed. “The Slyman Bros sales staff were knowlegable and polite. The purchasing and setting up delivery and installation was quick and easy and all of the questions were answered. The delivery went well. The delivery guy was polite but did not seem overly interested in explaining what was happening in our own house and the process he was doing. A bit supercilious. That is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars. But I would but our next appliance from them.”

“The appliance is great,, the salesman was great, the price was fair, but their delivery system is poor. I was told that delivery would be made between 7 and 11 am. I am writing this at 230 pm and still no delivery. I can understand unavoidable delays, but then you need to call the customer and let them know that the delivery has been delayed at east three hours. Instead, I have had to give up five hours of my day waiting. When I called my salesman, all he could tell me is that it is an automated system. Maybe it needs to be a human system.”
