“We had the best experience with SlymanBos. Our salesman, Sam Litzinger, was very friendly and very professional. He made the whole process very easy. “Maxx was very knowledgeable and helped us make a decision on a washing machine. Even though it was a very busy day, he took his time with us and we did not feel rushed. Slyman carried the Speed Queen brand we had heard so much about.”

“The whole experiance was excellent. The washer that they recommended was very reasonably priced and it works great. My husband works on boilers and gets very dirty. The delivery was a great experience also. The people that delivered were well mannered respectful and quick. No complaints I've used Slyman Brothers often (I own properties) and they always have done a great job.”

“Bob was extremely knowledgeable and also not pushy as a salesman. Great experience. He listened to my budget and needs, didn't try to sell me something more expensive even though it was in budget. He recommended a lower priced item because he thought it was a better option. I already am sending family here.”

“Ordered Freezer on Monday the 12th. At that time estimated delivery was the 15th. Bait and Switch. Spoke with Michael Brenneke today (16th). He said you are now anticipating delivery to you on the 21 st. I suspect my delivery would be after that. Told by Michael he would "understand" if I found the product elsewhere and got an earlier delivery. So I will be looking into just that. Cannot believe you can keep your doors open with such poor customer service. Steven Raithel”

Hey Steven, this is why we specifically specify if the date is "Estimated" vs "guaranteed" by. The dates we get from the manufactures can be unreliable. If the item is in stock then we remove the estimated text. I will give you a call later today so we can work together on trying to find a better word then estimated to inform users that the date is estimated and not guaranteed. Thank you for your feedback as this will help us fix the problem and become better as a company.

“Friendly Service. The staff member pulled out the washer /dryer unit and hooked it up to electric so that we can see the controls. He went above and beyond what a normal salesperson would do to meet our needs and answer our questions. Price was right in our budget too.”
