“The dishwasher purchases did not work after installed. The old dishwasher was put back in because they did not have the proper cap for water line. The appliance I ordered was out of stock and would need to be ordered through the manufacturer. I contacted the sales person for n the 10th day after install and was told they were checking on my order “ right now” . I was then informed that it was on back order and wouldn’t be in until 8/6. I drove to the South County store , informed a helpful young man of my delimma and he was able to locate the exact appliance and delivery was scheduled two days later. Shopping local businesses is important to me, but I would think twice before ordering from Slyman again”

“Quick and easy ordering and delivery! Very slight damage that installers noticed and was called by Slyman later that day and was compensated immmediately for the damage which does not affect washer use,”

“Outstanding. Easy to work with, clear explanations, no pressure to upsell. I started buying all of my appliances from Slyman. In the past I looked at the big boxes, Amazon, etc, but what I have found is that Slyman is always is in matching the lowest of these stores when matching brands, but also carry more brands on across the quality spectrum - the very top of the line of the top of the line, but also more value centered choices than those other stores for when you are only going to need the appliance for a few years. I like supporting locally owned companies, family owned companies. I love the Slyman Brothers origins and the decades of quality sales and service and would pay more to support them, but don't need to.”

“Mr. Michael Slyman provided great service at the store & follow-up email communications, too. He was very knowledgeable & helped us select the best dishwasher for our needs. The new dishwasher was delivered & installed today by Tim, who took time & special expertise on that install. Pleased with our patience at Slyman Bros. (South County store). Thank you! Bob & Joan B.
