“Salesman and delivery went smoothly. Very happy with all personel. There is a small dent in the freezer door. The delivery man said the door could be replaced, I'm waiting to hear from the store about this process. A few insignificant scratches. I have taken photos.”

“Purchasing online through Slyman was a fairly seamless experience. The item I ordered came in earlier than expected and scheduling a delivery was easy. You could also track the truck carrying your item, which is handy for customers trying to get kids and or pets corralled. The only reason I gave a 1-star demerit was that you could not select morning or afternoon on your delivery day, and the delivery folks did not level my appliance. Other than that, everything was great!”
