“Our salesperson (Jordon) did not seem at all interested in helping us from the moment we walked into the store. When we said "we don't know much abt these appliances" her reply was "yeah, it is confusing" and started to walk away. As we are purchasing the new appliances, no offer of "wld u like something to drink" after my wife said she was "really thirsty" in front of her (the fridge with drinks was plainly visible from her desk). After buying +$2000 worth of appliances, you wld think she wld say "thank u for shopping at Slyman" or something. Nope. Just gave us the paper work and walked away. Not even "good bye". Oh, and the delivery people didn't hook up the drying vent to our new dryer - we had to do that ourselves afterwards. Our kitchen is being remodeled next week. We will buying all new kitchen appliances from somebody that is more customer-friendly.”

“We have bought appliances from Slyman for many years. We also own 3 rental properties. I began doing business with Bobby Slyman. Along the way, we have been referred to other Sales Reps. All have been helpful. The purchase referred to herein was for a clothes dryer for one of the rental properties. I called to get a quote and Sean provided me a quote and email confirmation. My husband, Paul, called and left a message with Sean accepting the offer. Sean returned the call and advised deliver on Tuesday. My husband said "Great, can I call you back later today with the information for the delivery and billing." Paul was on his way out to help a friend who needed a ride to the hospital. When Paul returned home later in the afternoon, he called Sean only to be told that there was no delivery spot left for us on Tuesday, because the spots had been filled. We had already assured that our tenant would be home on Tuesday to accept the delivery. This was very disappointing. So, my husband told Sean that he wanted to look for other options and try to get a Tuesday delivery from a different retailer. Hours after this phone call, Sean called back and said he was able to get us a Tuesday delivery. It's unfortunate that Slyman could not keep the delivery spot open for us and then suddenly a spot appeared after my husband said he would go somewhere else to make the purchase”

“I had an awesome experience shopping with Slyman Brothers. I do not like to be pressured and Sam, our sales guy answered all my questions without hesitation. He maintained his focus on my needs and even made sure we got the lowest price for the Refrigerator we selected. I would recommend anyone to go to Slyman.”
