“Pick up took too long. Employees said there was new system for pickup. Take a lesson from best buy, target....and every other retailer. They don't need your driver's license, credit card and photo of item on my truck.”

“Communication seems to be a problem. I keep having to reach out to find out the status of my order. Last I heard it will be in the warehouse 1/15/25. It’s 1/17/25 and again haven’t heard a word if they have it or not. Just seems odd that they wouldn’t contact me and say yes it’s here or sorry it isn’t.”
