“I would have given a higher score, however, I had questions. I called and left messages but my messages were never answered. My questions no longer need to be answered, but my money was taken very quickly, it would have been nice if my questions could have been answered as quickly. I tried to communicate by phone. I did call the store number and the person I spoke with was very nice and helpful.”

“Experience was good. I have a recommendation. Slyman Brothers personnel should fill out the rebates and send them in to the manufacturer for your customer. This would bring the experience to a five star. I bought a heat pump this past summer and the company completed the rebate paperwork. I gave them a five star rating and now I will stay with them forever.”

“I was looking for a refrigerator because mine went out on me. I had done a lot of online research and wanted to go to Sliman Brothers because I’ve purchased a long time ago from them. I’m so happy to say that Lance helped me. I asked quite a few questions he was very patient answered all my questions. Lance remarkably helpful and his guidance was impeccable and very helpful not only did I buy exactly what I wanted. The price was better than what I have been finding online and through Lance‘s guidance I picked out the refrigerator I should have for a very long time. Thank you, Lance.”

“A salesperson greeted us quickly, and showed us what we were looking for and gave us helpful information. We decided which dryer to buy, he checked availability and we did the paperwork. Very pleasant and helpful. We were done and on our way in a timely manner! Great experience!”
