“They listen for what you NEED in an appliance and then show you that which most-closely matches fulfillment of that need. Cozy little store w/ knowledgeable staff. The customer service of this small business is superior to a big box store in the areas of product knowledge, product service and product selection.”

“My new refrigerator has just been delivered. From the moment I walked into the store, it has been a pleasant experience. Michael Slyman was knowledgeable, personable and made sure that I purchased exactly what I wanted. Didn't try to guide me to other appliances. He even sent a Thank You note! The delivery guys were careful and personable as well. Made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns before they left. I am confident that when I am in need of other appliances, I will purchase from Slyman Brothers!”

“I knew what appliances I came to Slyman to purchase. I told Lance what features I wanted. He showed me several choices. I was in and out of the store very quickly and delivery/installation was made the following week by 2 great, personable guys (believe their names were Brett and Brandon). My sister recommended Lance a couple of years ago when I bought my washer and dryer. He does a great job by not wasting my time showing things that I don't want or need. When I next want a refrigerator he is the person I will be calling.”

“It’s always a pleasure buying appliances at Slyman. I’ve lived in St. Louis since 1989 in 3 different homes and all my appliances were purchased at Slyman. They are totally honest and direct. I’m sure that they will steer me towards what I need and can afford. Delivery and installation has always been expertly done. It’s wonderful to know that you can support a local business.”
