They are not replying to my emails about an order I made which hasn't arrived and having read a few other reviews I am concerned there may be something wrong with the company. I am concerned that I have lost my money.

Order never arrived despite multiple promises from the company After a month of waiting for a diffuser refill to arrive, I contacted to the company who apologised and said they would see that the order is sent out immediately. Around 2 weeks later I got back in touch again and this time was promised that an additional refill would be sent out free of charge due to the long wait times. The order has still not arrived and I have tried to get in touch with a company two more times and have subsequently been ignored. That's no way I could recommend this company to anyone, but I hope they can improve their practises after seeing this review. I'm not one to leave reviews and I've tried to give multiple opportunities but it's disrespectful at this stage.

I placed order for side table never arrived. Emailed 3 times to be ignored. No communication, no item, no refund! I would advise to stay clear

Order placed 2 weeks ago, delivery up to 14 days. Other than order confirmation, no other communication. As it is a bulky item, I need to make arrangement for somebody to be home, so few days advance warning for etd would be great, to be fair any information would be welcome. But... No response to emails, calling is useless, nobody answered and no one getting back after leaving voicemail. I am starting to worry that I am being scammed. Money gone, but no idea when and if I will ever receive my order. Got James to respond on Messenger, but after giving him order ref number he is no longer replying. At this point I just want a refund (I know, that it is not past the delivery date yet, but god help me if there is smth wrong with the order, I will be stuck). Unfortunately with my lack of luck getting through to them I have no idea if that is even possible. If you have a choice, choose a different company to buy from.

I have not received my order placed on 30’th July, no refund either, shop owner doesn’t reply to my messages, or pick up phone. It is a scam, avoid

I have emailed several times to ask that my order be corrected. I ordered orange and cinnamon liquid hand wash however I was delivered the hand cream. Please can someone get back to me and let me know when you will send me my correct order?

Terrible customer service!!! Do not order from them unless you can take the items with you!! I ordered, in person, a lovely cabinet from them in August to be shipped to Sussex in October. This cost me £275 for the cabinet and £49 for the shipping. I was moving warehouse, so I emailed them my new address at the end of September to send the cabinet to me. It never arrived. I have emailed numerous times with no reply at all, not even a courtesy email to say they will look into it for me. I have called numerous times and left phone messages, no one has called me back. I finally managed to speak to someone in early December and he said he would call me back on Monday with details of what had happened to my purchase. Nothing!! I have emailed and called numerous times and no reply at all!! Im so fed up with this company now! I dont care if they sold it to someone else, but the courteous thing to do would be to tell and refund me the £334 that I spent. I cant actually believe how bad this customer service is and if they treated all their customers like this, they would not have a business! Its such a pity as they were so friendly when I was in their shop in August and even showed me their excess furniture which is where I chose my cabinet from. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY SEND YOU THE GOODS!!!!

I ordered a pot of paint online in May. Money was taken out of my account on 20 May but the paint did not arrive. I emailed customer services but got no reply. I then rang during opening hours but no one answered the phone. I left a message asking someone to return my call urgently. I heard nothing so started the process of claiming through my credit card company. Then the paint was miraculously delivered on 15 June with no explanation for the delay. I will not be buying from this company again.
