“Ordered LED Panel, then told not in stock, needed to wait, no problem. No call from company so I called them, told now in stock! Received Panel, wrong Panel and damaged! Told manufacturer supplied wrong panels! Requested if similar panels were available, not in stock! Requested if lower wattage panel was in stock, it was. Received panel no issues. Informed return of damaged panel would be on a Thurs, re-packed and ready on Weds, told couldn't book return until Fri as courier system was down! Courier didn't show on Fri, they said, DPD, I didn't have package ready for return, absolute lies.”

“Good prices and helpful when stock was temporarily unavailable for part of my order, however, the PSU did not come with any method of plugging into the driver and the driver green buttons controlled the blue LED's and vice versa so the soldering iron had to come out.”
