“Paid for Express Next Day delivery at a cost of £11 and then it took a week to arrive. Promised I was going to get a refund on the delivery cost and still hasn't happened and I very much doubt it will. Products good, after service poor”

“We received two V-TAC IP65 rated outdoor sensors (VT-8094) after much internet searching for a 270 sensor that was IP65 rated. Installed first one today, but initially got the wall bracket upside down. The two wall fixing holes are offset so symmetrically so it is therefore possible to fit the sensor bracket upside down. Having carefully cut back the wires and connected it up then found that the sensor was upside down - half an hour later sorted and working. Moral - make sure the single case attachment screw is UNDERNEATH if the sensor is suspended downwards as shon on the website/packaging. Good service from SMART lighting so would recommend them as a trustworthy source.”

“Very helpful sales person, advised me on exactly what I needed for the job. Order was delayed a little, by the wonderful Royal Mail, but was perfect when delivered. Everything is now fitted and does the job perfectly. I will definitely use them again and would totally recommend them to others.”

“The delivery was fast and it is easy to install. The defused light is not "Milky" as the product description states. It is on the "Frosty" side rather than "Milky".”
