“Purchased 8 lights which were not in stock. Had a prompt refund with apologies. Would try again for 12v lighting for caravan, boat and in my case the house which is 12v solar powered.”

“The second order was more traumatic that the first due to an IT issue but service is good. However your couriers are very inefficient. No next day delivery and on the second order I am still awaiting delivery as they failed to deliver on the day their tracker said they would. I would change couriers as they do your reputation no good.”

“The lights give off a better light and coverage than expected, the set-up of the lux, timer and sensitivity was the easiest I have ever encountered on a security light. The manual override is a bonus, so you can have the lights remain on for as long as you need. Would have liked a longer cable, but was able to overcome this with a water proof connector. I’m marking the review as good purely on the length of the cable.”

“5* on speed of delivery 5* on the light fitting as it is very smart looking and was very easy to install. I am not an electrician but this was fool proof 3* for the IP68 waterproof terminal as it had a terminal screw missing. Hence the overall score of 4/5.”

“Phoned to discuss LED external light and pleased with advice and service. Then ordered on line and found the process a little confusing and difficult but eventually worked! Excellent delivery and product seems excellent --appreciated the built in cable -smart and safer idea - it would benefit from a longer length -say 2.5 rather than 1.5 -easier to reduce length than extend. Overall a happy experience and would use again. Overall happy purhase”

“Although the PIR floodlight is of good quality, the instructions were rubbish! Nowhere did it tell me how to use the manual override, I had to contact you direct to get the info. Also there was no mounting screws or rawlplugs included.”
