“Excellent product at a very good price. would have given 5 stars but the instructions though in English, are written in a style of English alien to me. Eventually after trial and error managed to get the floodlight through the induction process!”

“Fantastic quick delivery and great customer service the guy pointed me the the correct part of the website. Only slight criticism is that the website is over complicated and without the link I couldn’t find what I wanted. On arrival the fitting works well and is easy to fit however there was some minor damage to the defuser but not enough to go through the pain of returning it as it’s in my utility room no problem. Would however recommend this company.”

“The bulbs appear to be of excellent quality. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because of the poor packaging. They arrived only inside an envelope surrounded by a plastic bag. All boxes were badly squashed and damaged in transit and were probably under other heavier packages in the van so it is amazing that the bulbs were not broken. Each bulb cost me more than £8.00 and have an estimated life span of 20,000 hours. I wonder how long these will last and I bet you would not replace them if they did not last anywhere near that time. I am appalled you showed such little care and respect for the customer that you did not bother to pack them properly.”

“Would have given 5 stars but the packing for the products was not 5 star. I ordered 2 x 4' long light fittings plus a security light. The packing was way to long for the products which meant they were sliding around which could have caused damage, it would have been better to put bubble wrap in the package to stop the sliding. I have not installed the lights yet but have tested them & they are excellent. A good price & product, get the packaging right & its a 5 star”

“The lights were bright and the units far less conspicuous than a standard tube fitting. The quick connectors were a bit of a waste of space, I found it far easier and more secure to use traditional screwed fittings.”
