“The stations in Queenstown and Auckland were only accessible by shuttle. This was very well organized. Pick-up in Queenstown seemed a bit chaotic because returns were being processed at the counter simultaneously. It took a little longer there. The car was a bit older, over 90,000 km, but otherwise okay. Returning it was quick and easy.”

“Pick up was easy. Booking was done on the internet. Also very easy. Drop off back to the airport quick. The car was just what we expected and in good condition. I would recommend Snap to anyone looking for a decent rental at a decent price.”

“Very good, easy to deal with and the process for pickup and return was very smooth and well organised. The availability to be able to be picked up by the Snap shuttle service at Auckland airport and taken to pick up the vehicle at the nearby depot with the same service to return to the airport on return makes the process easy. In our case the ability to be able to pickup up at Auckland airport travel around the North Island, take the car across on the ferry from Wellington, travel around the South Island and return the vehicle to Queenstown made the whole trip so much easier. Highly recommend Snap for car rental in New Zealand.”

“Third time using snap, and just like last times, everything worked like clockwork. Car was waiting for me and having checked in online, was away in minutes. Drop off was so simple, and even though we saw the shuttle bus leave as we arrived, only had to wait 15 minutes before it returned. It was also the lowest cost of the 3 I compared. Definitely recommend.”
