“Such an easy smooth process from start to finish! The team were very friendly and explained everything well when I picked up. Drop off took all of 5 mins and got onto a shuttle immediately! The car was very clean and had no issues and the pricing was really competitive including the full insurance. Would highly recommend/re-visit Snap next time I'm in NZ:)”

“Terrible price - so much higher than others Terrible car - bad odour Terrible customer service Airport shuttle didn’t turn up - called twice, got an Uber after 30 mins No one at the office at pre arranged drop off time so no airport shuttle, had to get an uber again Just terrible all round Never again”

“There was some confusion over our vehicle which had actually been paid for but there was no contract, however the staff sorted it pronto. On return the depo was super busy but again the staff were professional and friendly and helpful. Great value and awesome staff.”

“Car was in as new condition when picked up. Never missed a beat in over 3000ks. Team members were very attentive to our requests and the shuttle bus to and from the airport was very prompt and efficient. Handing back the vehicle was seamless. a VERY GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.”

“Our experience with picking up and returing the car was quick and painless compared to some of the other car rental options out there. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Our vehicle was clean and tidy and exactly what we had booked as opposed to the "or similar option" fine print. When planning the drop-off allow for an extra 15-20 minutes for the shuttle transfer to the airport. Overall a pleasant and reasonably frictionless experience and would recommend Snap when booking your next rental car.”

“Pickup was fine with pre online checkin. Drop not so much, especially for a 7am return when the car didn’t have GPS, after a few wrong turns and getting lost. As it turned out we made it in the early morning traffic, thanks to a Good Samaritan. Would I rent Snap Rentals again; knowing what I know now… YES!”
